There is no absolute answer to this question as it depends on many factors such as how often your pet goes outdoors, the breed of your dog or cat, the weather, and their individual coat and skin condition.

In general, we suggest bathing your dog once a month. If your dog is a long hair breed, consider grooming them more frequently than a short hair breed. We do not suggest bathing your dog every week as this may strip off the natural oil from the coat, resulting in dry and irritated skin.

As for cats, grooming is not always necessary, especially for short-haired breeds. Most cats are quite capable of cleaning themselves. However, if your cat’s fur becomes sticky, smelly, or oily, a comprehensive cat grooming session can help to thoroughly clean your cat.

Pet owner should provide a neat place where offers stable water and electricity supply for the grooming session. Owner is also suggested to prepare shampoo and towel for their own pets. 

As different brands of shampoo can pose varying effects on your pet’s coat and skin. For instance, if your pet has dry and itchy skin, consider purchasing a shampoo that contains aloe and oatmeal ingredients, which can help moisturize your pet’s dry skin and fur.

For hygiene reason, we suggest that owners prepare a towel and comb for your pets, so they can enjoy personal and exclusive tools during the grooming process.

With pets who have developed a severe fear of grooming, we recommend owners and pets to participate in our one-hour pre-grooming training class. The class teaches how to desensitise your pets to various grooming activities, making them more acceptable and tolerant to the grooming process. We strongly discourage forcing pets to undergo grooming, as this can result in an even more frightened pet. After all, grooming should be a joyful experience, right? Our goal is for pets to genuinely enjoy the process. With the right training, it’s entirely possible to help your pets transition from disliking to loving grooming. It’s all about understanding their psychology!

Yes, owners are welcome to request for the same groomer. This way, pets don’t need to spend extra time getting acquainted with a new person. However, if the requested groomer is unavailable due to other appointments, you can choose a different time slot or we can arrange another groomer for you. Rest assured, all our groomers are professionals with extensive experience and training.

In the event of an emergency, our pet groomer will immediately contact you and follow your instructions. If the groomer is unable to reach you, they will attempt to contact the designated emergency contact person. If no one can be reached, the groomer will use their professional judgement to make the best decision for the situation.

To receive an 80% refund, grooming appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the grooming service. For cancellation made within 48 hours of the service, 50% refund will be provided. If you would like to reschedule the appointment, rescheduling fee of $50 will apply.
